FUNERALS
Funeral arrangements are made in collaboration with the undertaker and may be Requiem Mass or Funeral Service followed by burial or cremation. In the parish graveyard, new graves and ashes plots are available for resident parishioners only.
Only Christian hymns and music are permitted, in accordance with the Roman Missal and the Archbishop's instructions.
SERVICES      Usually

Holy Mass       Sunday:    11.30am
Two mornings per week at 10.00 am. Usually on Feastdays or Saints' days. See newsletter 

SACRAMENTS
Baptism: Please contact Fr Marsden after Sunday Mass to obtain a Baptism Application Form and we will see what preparation needs to be done.
Confirmation: In this Archdiocese undertaken by children during their time at Secondary School (Year 8/9).  In other circumstances please contact Fr Marsden.
Confessions: Saturdays 4.15 - 4.45 pm at St Mary's Chorley
Holy Communion: for the sick and housebound, by arrangement through the Parish Office - 01257 480237.
Weddings: Please contact Fr Marsden to arrange a meeting to discuss marriage preparation. Engaged couples are required to attend or complete a Marriage Preparation Course.
Anointing of the Sick: For the seriously ill or those enfeebled by age, by arrangement.
For emergency anointings or the LAST RITES, there is always one of the Deanery priests on 24-hour callout to Chorley Hospital (01257-261222)- please request his attendance via the ward staff
